Adobong Manok - Dyosa's Style

Another recipe ko...

Ingredients :

1 Whole Chicken (Magnolia)
1/2 clove garlic
1 large onions
1 medium sized ginger
1 cup Soy Sauce
half teaspoon Sugar
Seasonings (Magic Sarap)
Salt and Pepper



Procedure:

1. Mix garlic, onions, ginger, pepper, salt, seasonings, pepper, sugar. Then put the chicken on top. Pour the Soy Sauce.

Kea ung sahod nya eh nasa ilalim, para pag kulo, ung flavors nya kakalat sa lahat ng parte.

2. Heat until sauce thickens to desired consistency. Turn over each part occasionally.

Kung napansin nyo, di ako naglalagay ng suka...ayoko kasi ng maasim na adobo. minsan calamansi nilalagay ko as alternative sa suka.
Ung suka kasi para matanggal ung lansa ng chicken,  eh since ayoko nga, ginawa kong kapalit nun ung ginger. Same lang sila ng purpose, to eliminate the lansa factor. Un nga lang ung ginger me ibang effect, according to koreans, Ginger increases one's appetite.


3. So ayun na nga, ako Iniintay ko mawala ung sauce literary. masarap ung nakakapit ung sauce dun sa chicken eh, unlike ung ibang adobo na parang nilaga sa sabaw. Ung picture sa ibabaw, me konting sauce...
kasi ung merlat kong kasama gusto me konting sauce daw.

ayan..ano pa ba???

Un nga pala, kung gusto mo mas tipid...cut the portions on larger amounts, parang ung thighs, I only  cut it on  2pcs only. Then, tutusukin ko ng tinidor ung mga portions para madaling maluto at pumasok ung flavors inside.

One-Day Constrution worker confessions

" The suns heat is perfect for getting those fabulous tan that some people wanted to have and its forget-me-not color gives a refreshing feeling for that day. And me? basking in the sun feeling thirsty and quite exhausted...but I know its not like those days where the greenhouse effect takes . its a windy hot sunny day....where from a far I could see lumps of clouds ahead and I could hear the noisy of that cement mixer from nearby

Yah....I'm in a construction matter this day....

from a near-by neighbor who asked me if I could join since they lack of people  to work with. At first, I thought its crazy..really.


 But I did join.

Nakakaloka....hambigat palang gawain un...


 And by working that thing the whole day made me realized one thing...

Construction Job is not a bad thing at all just like what i used to believed before.

 Isa syang marangal na trabaho and its really very hard to do. 

After that day of lifting pails of mixed cement and sand plus gravel and water...

I got 200 bucks...and I really think that I need to spend this amount on something important.

And I realized too that I can do those stuffs like that and I enjoyed it...

and came to know that in every work that you do and if you in your heart did'nt like what the hell you are doing, better stop it or its just going to be a waste of time of yours.

Fried Chicken Fillet

Since nasimulan ko na rin naman ang pagblo-blog ng mga niluluto ko, susundan ko na rin ung unang recipe ko.Simple lang naman ung una, Fried Chicken lang

Ganito lang :

Yan, Kahit sino marunong mag-prito, un nga lang ung iba, hindi marunong ng tamang pagpri-prito.
When it comes to chicken, Always choose the fresh cut.
Ung tipong buo pa ung manok then pipili ka lang ng part na gusto mo, like what I did, I choose the Breast part.
Bakit???
Breast part is low on fat (minus the skins). Low on cholesterol unless induced in deep frying procedure. White Meat 'ika nga, Healthy for the health conscious buffs.
Mejo mahirap iprito ung ganitey ng part, why? kasi pag over cooked ung meat - na madali namang maluto - ung breast part, may tendency sya na ma-drain ung healthy juices.
Eto ung tip: Don't fry too much, even if your cooking Fish, Pork, Beef and chicken. Even Hotdogs!!!
Eto ung technique ko eh,
First Fry on Low heat with average oil...then kung alam mong luto na sya pero di pa crispy ung outer layer, baliktarin mo, wait for the other to be cooked but not crispy, afterwards, lakasan mo ung apoy. Fry until golden brown. Ako nagbibiling after..siguro mga 60 to 120 secs...2 minutes.

Ang labas nyan, Crispy outside, Juicy inside.
Pero make sure na fresh ung bibilhan nyo ng chicken.

Eto ung Ingredients:

1 Kilo Chicken Breast.
ung half part...i fillet nyo para maging 2 parts. ung isa with skin without bone ung isa naman with bone without skin.

2 Eggs
Natutuwa ako, kasi ung binilhan ko ng itlog, 2 ung pula sa loob.
I also choose the rough shelled-one. un kasi ung fresh. Minsan ung native na color brown.

1 pack of any Chicken Breeding Variant 
I choose Crispy Fry Breeding Mix. meron silang 3 flavors but I like the original flavor.

Procedure:

Heat 1 cup of oil (vegetable oil) on a frying pan, then put 3 pcs of each part on the pan.
Pan seared sides before putting fire on high pressure.
Wait for 1 to 2 m ins before golden brown.
Serve with gravy.

Believe it or Not

Wala lang, nai-share lang sakin ung mga topics na nakasulat ditey, kaya ishe-share ko rin senyo .

1. A bullet that reached its destiny years later
   Henry Ziegland thought he had dodged fate. In 1883, he broke off a relationship with his girlfriend who, out of distress, committed suicide. The girl’s brother was so enraged that he hunted down Ziegland and shot him. The brother, believing he had killed Ziegland, then turned his gun on himself and took his own life. But Ziegland had not been killed. The bullet, in fact, had only grazed his face and then lodged in a tree. Ziegland surely thought himself a lucky man. Some years later, however, Ziegland decided to cut down the large tree, which still had the bullet in it. The task seemed so formidable that he decided to blow it up with a few sticks of dynamite. 2. Twin Boys, twin lives
   The stories of identical twins’ nearly identical lives are often astonishing, but perhaps none more so than those of identical twins born in Ohio. The twin boys were separated at birth, being adopted by different families. Unknown to each other, both families named the boys James. And here the coincidences just begin. Both James grew up not even knowing of the other, yet both sought law-enforcement training, both had abilities in mechanical drawing and carpentry, and each had married women named Linda. They both had sons whom one named James Alan and the other named James Allan. The twin brothers also divorced their wives and married other women – both named Betty. 3. Just like Edgar Allan Poe’s book
   In the 19th century, the famous horror writer, Egdar Allan Poe, wrote a book called ‘The narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym’. It was about four survivors of a shipwreck who were in an open boat for many days before they decided to kill and eat the cabin boy whose name was Richard Parker. Some years later, in 1884, the yawl, Mignonette, foundered, with only four survivors, who were in an open boat for many days. Eventully the three senior members of the crew, killed and ate the cabin boy. The name of the cabin boy was Richard Parker.
4. Twin brothers, killed on the same road, two hours apart
   On 2002, Seventy-year-old twin brothers have died within hours of one another after separate accidents on the same road in northern Finland. The first of the twins died when he was hit by a lorry while riding his bike in Raahe, 600 kilometres north of the capital, Helsinki. He died just 1.5km from the spot where his brother was killed. “This is simply a historic coincidence. Although the road is a busy one, accidents don’t occur every day,” police officer Marja-Leena Huhtala told Reuters. “It made my hair stand on end when I heard the two were brothers, and identical twins at that. It came to mind that perhaps someone from upstairs had a say in this,” she said. (Source: BBC News)
5. Three suicide attempts, all stopped by the same Monk
   Joseph Aigner was a fairlly well-known portrait painter in 19th century Austria who, apparently, was quite an unhappy fellow: he several times attempted suicide. His first attempt was at the young age of 18 when he tried to hang himself, but was interrupted by the mysterious appearance of a Capuchin monk. At age 22 he again tried to hang himself, but was again saved from the act by the very same monk. Eight years later, his death was ordained by others who sentenced him to the gallows for his political activities. Once again, his life was saved by the intervention of the same monk. At age 68, Aiger finally succeeded in suicide, a pistol doing the trick. His funeral ceremony was conducted by the same Capuchin monk – a man whose name Aiger never even knew. 6. Poker winnings, to the unsuspected son
   In 1858, Robert Fallon was shot dead, an act of vengeance by those with whom he was playing poker. Fallon, they claimed, had won the $600 pot through cheating. With Fallon’s seat empty and none of the other players willing to take the now-unlucky $600, they found a new player to take Fallon’s place and staked him with the dead man’s $600. By the time the police had arrived to investigate the killing, the new player had turned the $600 into $2,200 in winnings. The police demanded the original $600 to pass on to Fallon’s next of kin – only to discover that the new player turned out to be Fallon’s son, who had not seen his father in seven years! 7. A novel that unsuspectedly described the spy next door
   When Norman Mailer began his novel Barbary Shore, there was no plan to have a Russian spy as a character. As he worked on it, he introduced a Russian spy in the U.S. as a minor character. As the work progressed, the spy became the dominant character in the novel. After the novel was completed, the U.S. Immigration Service arrested a man who lived just one floor above Mailer in the same apartment building. He was Colonel Rudolf Abel, alleged to be the top Russian spy working in the U.S. at that time. (Source: Science Digest)
8. Mark Twain and Halley’s Comet
   Mark Twain was born on the day of the appearance of Halley’s Comet in 1835, and died on the day of its next appearance in 1910. He himself predicted this in 1909, when he said: “I came in with Halley’s Comet in 1835. It is coming again next year, and I expect to go out with it.”
9. Three strangers on a Train, with complementary last names
   In the 1920s, three Englishman were traveling separately by train through Peru. At the time of their introduction, they were the only three men in the railroad car. Their introductions were more surprising than they could have imagined. One man’s last name was Bingham, and the second man’s last name was Powell. 10. Two brothers killed by the same taxi driver, one year apart
    In 1975, while riding a moped in Bermuda, a man was accidentally struck and killed by a taxi. One year later, this man’s bother was killed in the very same way. In fact, he was riding the very same moped. And to stretch the odds even further, he was struck by the very same taxi driven by the same driver – and even carrying the very same passenger!

school days was just two weeks ahead.....

Lean season na para sa mga resorts...

Magbabawasan na naman ng mga empleyado...

But...

I'm not afraid of anything....

I've been here for at least a year...

I have seen people go away from time to time....

But since tag-ulan na...ito na rin ung time ng mga establishment na tulad ng employer ko para mag market ng bonggang-bongga...

so enter the dragon of oppurtunity na naman sakin....

Akswalli, last year pa sakin ino-offer  ung position as a Marketing Executive....


Ako lang ung nag tu-turn down ng offer....

Takot kasi ako...

Takot kasi ako when numbers are concerned....

Pag sinabi kasing marketing - ung department na un ung responsible sa pag pasok ng income sa company.

If the people behind the department is not good enough...walang mangyayari sa company kundi bumulusok pababa...

Tsaka...

Pag marketing ka...maraming expectations...maraming demands sa work...madaming ganito...madaming ganyan...


pero...andun ung salary na gusto ko maabot na hindi kayang abutin ng position na meron ako ngaun...

Merong Customer Service kasi merong target na customer's satisfaction. 

Pero minsan...bilang isang customer, umaabuso ang ilan....

kahit obvious at nasa harap na nila ung isang bagay na kailangan nila...gusto ng iba..iis-spoon feed pa sa kanila.

Tandaan po natin na kahit tau eh customers at tayo ay pinagsisilbihan ng establishmentong ating tinatapakan eh may mga bagay na dapat isa-alang alang tulad ng mga nasa ibaba :

• Hindi ikaw ang may-ari ng mundo. at hindi mo pag aari ang pagka-tao ng kaharap mo, sya man ay isang  simpleng crew ng isang fast food o sya ung may-ari nung fast food. Wala namang mawawala kung magpapakumbaba dun sa kaharap mong cashier o receptionist. Tandaan : Kung ano ang tinanim ung ang aanihin. Pag nagbigay respeto ka sa mga tulad nila, ibibigay din nila ung nararapat na respeto sau ng may kalakip pang ngiti sa labi. Swerte mo kung naisipan kang bigyang ng GC dahil sa kabaitan mo.

• May mga alituntunin at batas sa loob ng isang lugar na dapat mong sundin kahit na ika'y nagbayad upang makapasok. Kahit gaano ka kayaman, pero ang ugali mo naman eh singbaba ng iyong talampakan, mapapa defort ka ng bongga palabas. Tulad sa isang resort, kung bawal ang black t-shirt sa swimming pool, sundin mo, kung ayaw mong mag mukang pusit dahil nag fade ung damit mo paglusong mo sa tubig-chlorine.

• Sa tulad kong front office officer, wala akong pakialam kung anak ka ng kung sinong pontio pilato o ni Obama kung bastos ka kausap. Di ako pinanganak para matalsikan ng mabahong laway ng customer na sobrang yabang at angas pero walang pambayad. Kung bastos ka, simple lang ang gagawin ko sau, tatalikuran kita para asikasuhin ang ibang tao na naghihintay ng aking serbisyo.

• Wag magmaganda at magtaray kung sa huli eh hihingi ka ng discount. Magtaray ka kung kaya mong magbayad ng sapat. Natural sa pagiging mayaman ang mataray, at sila lang me karapatan nun. Pero kung ika'y nuknukan ng kuripot at nagsusungit ka pa, lalo lang kitang aasarin. At kung mapikon ka, maluwag ang gate.

Naalala ko nung nasa Jollibee ako kasama ang isang kaibigan, naubusan sya ng gravy nun kasi ginagawa nyang sabaw sa kanin, naghagilap pa talaga sya ng crew na lalapit. Sabi ko ako na lang kukuha sa counter, kasi kahit alam kong area of responsibility ng mga crew gawin yun, inisip kong madami pa silang kelangan gawin bukod sa pagrefill ng gravy ng isang babaeng lumalagok nito. Ang akin lang, kung kaya mong gawin ng hindi nag-uutos sa iba, gawin mo dahil un ung dahilan kung bakit kumpleto ang kamay at paa mo.

Respect even the small people - and these people will double the respect they are  showing you.

Minsan me nakausap akong guest, nagtatalak at napaka eksaherada, kulang na lang mag-evolve at mag transform to Hulk,dahil lang sa paghihintay ng resibo na inabot lang ng 2 mins. Kala nya makakuha sya ng simpatya sa ibang tao, pati gobyerno nasama na, pero in the end, sya ung napahiya, kasi wala man lang nagtapon ng tingin sa kanya.
