Fried Chicken Fillet

Since nasimulan ko na rin naman ang pagblo-blog ng mga niluluto ko, susundan ko na rin ung unang recipe ko.Simple lang naman ung una, Fried Chicken lang
Ganito lang :


Yan, Kahit sino marunong mag-prito, un nga lang ung iba, hindi marunong ng tamang pagpri-prito.
When it comes to chicken, Always choose the fresh cut.
Ung tipong buo pa ung manok then pipili ka lang ng part na gusto mo, like what I did, I choose the Breast part.
Bakit???
Breast part is low on fat (minus the skins). Low on cholesterol unless induced in deep frying procedure. White Meat 'ika nga, Healthy for the health conscious buffs.
Mejo mahirap iprito ung ganitey ng part, why? kasi pag over cooked ung meat - na madali namang maluto - ung breast part, may tendency sya na ma-drain ung healthy juices.
Eto ung tip: Don't fry too much, even if your cooking Fish, Pork, Beef and chicken. Even Hotdogs!!!
Eto ung technique ko eh,
First Fry on Low heat with average oil...then kung alam mong luto na sya pero di pa crispy ung outer layer, baliktarin mo, wait for the other to be cooked but not crispy, afterwards, lakasan mo ung apoy. Fry until golden brown. Ako nagbibiling after..siguro mga 60 to 120 secs...2 minutes.

Ang labas nyan, Crispy outside, Juicy inside.
Pero make sure na fresh ung bibilhan nyo ng chicken.

Eto ung Ingredients:

1 Kilo Chicken Breast.
ung half part...i fillet nyo para maging 2 parts. ung isa with skin without bone ung isa naman with bone without skin.

2 Eggs
Natutuwa ako, kasi ung binilhan ko ng itlog, 2 ung pula sa loob.
I also choose the rough shelled-one. un kasi ung fresh. Minsan ung native na color brown.

1 pack of any Chicken Breeding Variant 
I choose Crispy Fry Breeding Mix. meron silang 3 flavors but I like the original flavor.

Procedure:

Heat 1 cup of oil (vegetable oil) on a frying pan, then put 3 pcs of each part on the pan.
Pan seared sides before putting fire on high pressure.
Wait for 1 to 2 m ins before golden brown.
Serve with gravy.
